Medina receives new ambassadors from Canada, 3 other nations
Santo Domingo.- President Danilo Medina on Wednesday received the credentials of the new ambassadors from Brazil, Guatemala, Canada and Nicaragua .
Representing the government Brazil will be Jose Marcus Vinicus de Sousa; Alejandro José Buitron Porras, Guatemala; Georges Boisse, Canada and Nelson Artola Escobar, Nicaragua.
As part of the ceremony held in the Ambassadors Hall of the National Palace, Medina spoke to each diplomat between five to eight minutes, accompanied by vice president Margarita Cedeño, Foreign Minister Carlos Morales, and a small delegation from the country the diplomats represent.
