Scattered showers Fri., Sat., sunny Sunday

Santo Domingo.- The National Weather Office (ONAMET) forecasts increasing cloudiness, scattered showers and thunderstorm early Friday evening and overnight , from a tropical wave located over the country’s Caribbean coast.

It said the showers will be mostly over the eastern and southern provinces, while temperatures will remain high from the prevailing East-Southeast wind.

Onamet forecasts scattered showers Saturday, increasing in the afternoon, mostly over the border area and Northwest, and mostly clear skies Sunday.
