Culture Minister launches “Border Plan” to strengthen cultural identity

Santo Domingo.- Culture Minister Roberto Ángel Salcedo announced the launch of the “Border Plan” in Montecristi, Dajabón, and Santiago Rodríguez, aiming to revitalize cultural identity in the border region.

Through a post on X, Salcedo emphasized the plan’s focus on heritage, identity, art, and culture. As part of the initiative, he conducted an extensive tour of the provinces to present the project and engage with local communities.

Salcedo reaffirmed his commitment to decentralizing cultural initiatives and strengthening the artistic sector nationwide, ensuring greater cultural development across all regions.
