Roldany case: the reason why they arrested and then released his mother

Jarabacoa – This Saturday morning, information was released that Carolina Vargas, mother of Roldany Calderón, the missing child in Manabao, Jarabacoa, had been arrested.

A few minutes after the news was published, some videos were distributed showing the mother walking near her residence, without handcuffs and visibly affected.

However, the spokesman for the National Police, Diego Pesqueira, indicated that the young woman had been detained, not arrested, because she allegedly did not want a search of her home carried out by the Public Prosecutor’s Office.

Earlier, the prosecutor acting in the raid had stated that the action of the prosecution is part of an investigation.

Roldany’s disappearance has caused some people to publish theories of what could have happened to the three-year-old; especially with positions on social networks.

Despite this, the authorities are still investigating what could have happened to the boy, who this Sunday, April 6, will be seven days as a missing person.
