COE issues green alert for nine provinces in the Dominican Republic
Santo Domingo.- The Emergency Operations Center (COE) has issued a green alert for the National District and eight provinces in the Dominican Republic due to adverse weather conditions. The alert follows a report from the National Meteorological Office (ONAMET), which indicates that a humid air mass, combined with an unstable trough, is generating increased cloudiness and moderate rain with isolated wind gusts.
