Dominican Crisol Oil lands on Walmart shelves in the U.S.

New Jersey.- In a major milestone for Dominican industry, MercaSID, part of the SID Group, announced that its Crisol Oil brand will now be sold in over 800 Walmart stores across the eastern United States. This expansion is the result of a strategic partnership with Iberia Foods, formalized during the 2025 National Supermarket Association (NSA) Trade Show.

The move marks a significant step in MercaSID’s international growth, bringing Crisol—a household name in the Dominican Republic—into one of the most competitive retail markets in the world. While the product is expected to resonate strongly with the Hispanic community, the company aims to reach a broad range of U.S. consumers through Walmart’s vast retail network.

Grupo SID also showcased a range of products at the NSA Trade Show, further strengthening its ties within the U.S. retail sector.
