Institutions join forces to strengthen environmental initiatives

Santo Domingo.- The General Directorate for the Beautification of Ring Roads and Avenues (Digecac) and the Dominican-Japanese Friendship Medical Education Center (Cemadoja) signed a collaboration agreement to promote environmental protection and the health of their employees. The agreement was formalized by Digecac General Director Rodolfo Valera Grullón and Cemadoja Director Glendis Ozuna Feliciano at the hospital’s Board of Directors Room in Luis Eduardo Aybar Health City.

The collaboration includes commitments to organize green area cleanups, maintain plant health, manage solid waste, provide medical services to Digecac employees, support comprehensive staff care, and develop social programs benefiting both organizations. Teams from both Digecac and Cemadoja participated in the signing and toured Cemadoja’s facilities to reinforce the partnership.
