Dominican model Arlenis Sosa marries in Punta Cana

Punta Cana.- Dominican top model Arlenis Sosa married her fiancé, John McCarty, in a church ceremony held in Punta Cana on February 27, coinciding with Dominican Independence Day.

Sosa, 36, wore a strapless white column dress, while McCarty opted for a classic black suit with a white shirt. The celebration featured Dominican elements, including traditional merengue music and cuisine, with family and friends in attendance.

This marks Sosa’s second marriage, following her 2015 wedding to American basketball player Donnie McGrath in Cap Cana. A prominent figure in the fashion industry, she has walked for major designers such as Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Carolina Herrera. She has also represented Lancôme and modeled for Victoria’s Secret.
