Passport Office to relocate to former Teleantillas building in Santo Domingo
Santo Domingo.- The General Directorate of Passports (DGP) will relocate its headquarters to the former Teleantillas, Channel 2 building, located at the intersection of John F. Kennedy and Fernando Alberto Defilló Avenues in the Los Prados sector of the National District.
According to Diario Libre, the three-story building has a market value of RD$563.9 million, based on a December 2024 appraisal by the firm Incasa, Ingeniería Avanzada, SRL. The move will be made possible through a lease agreement with the property’s owner, Fondo de Inversiones Cerrado de Desarrollo Reservas I, valued at over US$5.7 million (more than RD$360 million) for a three-year term—about RD$120 million per year. The agreement also includes a purchase option.

It’s a good location. Across the street from where they issue Cedulas. Next to a metro stop.
