Widely scattered showers, surf along coasts back to normal

Santo Domingo.- The National Meteorology Office (ONAMET) forecast in widely scattered showers Friday for the northwest, northeast, southeast, border zone and Central Mountains.

It said a nearly stationary frontal system over western Cuba will bring rain to a large part of Dominican territory Monday and that marine conditions are normal along all coasts, with restrictions to navigation.

ONAMET adds that the prevailing wind from the southeast is increasing the humidity content in the air mass nationwide.
