PUCMM tops QS World University Rankings 2025 for the Dominican Republic
Santo Domingo.- The Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) has been recognized as the leading higher education institution in the Dominican Republic, according to the QS World University Rankings 2025.
In the 2025 edition, PUCMM excelled by leading in five of the nine key indicators evaluated, showcasing its strengths in academic reputation, employer reputation, employability, sustainability, and international student engagement.
The highest-scoring indicator for PUCMM was “Employability and Job Performance,” highlighting its success in ensuring a high level of employability for its graduates and fostering future leaders who make significant impacts in their fields of study.
Additionally, PUCMM achieved the top national spot in “Reputation among Employers,” reflecting the trust and credibility employers place in PUCMM graduates. The university also ranked first in “Academic Reputation,” reaffirming its mission to provide excellent education.
Furthermore, PUCMM secured the number one position in the “International Students” indicator, demonstrating its strong appeal to foreign students due to its high national standing.
PUCMM continues to focus on leadership and sustainability, becoming the first university in the country to lead in this commitment.
