José Rafael Molina Morillo, Dominican Republic journalism glory, dies at 87
Santo Domingo.- José Rafael Molina Morillo, one of the Dominican Republic’s journalism glories, died at age 87 at his residence in Santo Domingo.
Molina Morillo was a lawyer, journalist, Dominican diplomat, born in central La Vega province, on March 31, 1930.
He is survived by his wife Francia Espaillat and four children: José Antonio, Amelia, María Alicia and Silvia María.
Until his passing Molina Morillo was editor-in-chief of leading newspaper El Dia, former president of the Inter American Press Association (IAPA).
