Avoid jams: Major intersection closes for underpass construction

Santo Domingo.- The of Public Works Ministry on Tuesday announced the total close of the busy intersection of 27 de Febrero with La Privada avenues, where it excavates a tunnel for an underpass.

Public Works said motorists can use five alternate routes and opened a crosswalk for pedestrians.

Motorists traveling east to west on ‘La 27’ should avoid La Privada by turning north or south on the Núñez de Caceres to reach their destination.
