Casa de Campo Resort & Villas obtains the “Great Place to Work” certification

Casa de Campo Resort & Villas obtained the “Great Place To Work® Caribbean and Central America” certification for August 2022-2023, one of the most prestigious national and international certifications awarded annually by the Great Place to Work Institute to the best employers in the world.

As a result of the hard work, the Resort achieved a Trust Index score of 92%, placing it above the national and regional averages of 86% and 85%, respectively, making it by far one of the most ideal places to work in the country and the Caribbean.

To determine the excellence of an organization, the Great Place to Work consulting firm evaluates employees’ experiences concerning promoting high-performance cultures and trust in companies. This extraordinary achievement was possible thanks to the collaboration of the great Casacultores family, which had a 98% participation level in the first organizational climate survey process.

Among the most outstanding indicators is pride in belonging to the company with 97%, followed by companionship with 94%, cooperation and teamwork with 94%, and credibility with 92%.
