Scattered showers Friday, increasing Saturday

Santo Domingo.-  The Dominican Republic can expect a weekend of increasing rainfall from a high altitude trough located over Haiti, and an approaching tropical wave.

The National Weather Office (Onamet) on Friday forecasts scattered showers, more intense over the east, northeast, central and border regions tomorrow Sat., while another tropical wave is expected to arrive Sunday.

Onamet said there will be scattered showers Friday over the southeast, southwest and border regions, while temperature will range from a high of 34ºC and a low of 23ºC.
