More empty words. Illegal immigration has to be stopped at the border. The problem is the border is painted all over by mafias who goal is to thwart government strategies. The mafias are winning.

You have a lot of pot belly dominican soldiers eating chicharon and fried plantains guarding the sovereignty of a country. They sell entries just for 1000 dominican pesos. First start by increasing Dominican Military standards, like minimum a high school diploma before you place the nation security under inept uneducated soldiers
