Centurion Capital partners unveils logistics centers in Punta Cana and Santo Domingo

Santo Domingo.- Centurion Capital Partners officially launched operations in the Dominican Republic, introducing a development and management model focused on world-class logistics infrastructure. Founded by Richard F. Stefan and Luis Jesús Rodríguez, the firm aims to modernize the region’s supply chain with projects ranging from strategic land acquisition to the operation of advanced logistics centers, emphasizing cold storage, distribution, and urban hubs.
Centurion is currently developing two major projects: Centurion Business Parks in Punta Cana, offering over 50,000 square meters of space near the airport with cold storage and sustainable construction, and another hub along the Duarte Highway in Santo Domingo, featuring 20,000 square meters of industrial warehouses. All developments follow U.S. Green Building Council sustainability standards. The firm plans to close its first investment fund before year-end, aiming to support national competitiveness and community development.
