Cabral Lagoon is dying: photos and videos show its alarming reality.

Laguna de Cabral or Rincón, located in the Neiba Valley, between the provinces of Independencia and Barahona, is gradually disappearing due to the drastic reduction in its water volume, according to community complaints, caused by the Central Sugar Consortium (CAC).
