Hoteliers tap Andrés Marranzini Grullon as Exec VP

SD. The Dominican Republic Hotels and Tourism Association (ASONAHORES)on Thursday announced the appointment of Andrés Marranzini Grullon as its newExecutive Vice President for the 2016-2021 period.

Marranzini is a lawyer specializing in tourism and realestate development projects, corporate and environmental law, with an emphasison contracts, and tax planning. He is also a member of the boards of companiesin the financial and technology sectors.

The attorney, who replaces Arturo Villanueva, a doctoratein law, graduated magna cum laude from UNIBE University and holds a Masters incorporate law and graduate studies in finance at New York University (NYU). He’scurrently a partner of the Marranzini law firm.
