Showcasing Puerto Plata at Expoturismo Fair

Puerto Plata.- The Puerto Plata destination, represented by its associations, will participate in the twenty-seventh edition of the Expoturismo fair from June 7 to 9 at the Center of Hodelpa Grand Admiral Conventions.

As part of the efforts to support the “Two Cities, One Destination” alliance and promote its brand “Puerto Plata, Always Real!”, the destination strengthens its presence at the fair. Prestigious hotel chains such as Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resort, Marien Puerto Plata, Casa Marina Beach & Reef, VH Hotels & Resorts, and Viva Wyndham will participate. The destination will also share a stand with the Puerto Plata Tourism Cluster, the Association of Hotels, Restaurants, and Tourism Companies of the North (ASHONORTE), and the Playa Dorada Hotel Association, all committed to projecting the values and essence of the destination.

The space will showcase the diverse accommodation options and tourist experiences offered by Puerto Plata, particularly targeting the local market, a key audience for the event. Additionally, events like Fricolandia and the Puerto Plata Bridal International 2024 have confirmed their participation.

Expoturismo serves as one of the most significant exhibition platforms for travel and tourism offerings in the Dominican Republic, featuring hotels, travel agencies, airlines, experience providers, and various sector suppliers.
