Doral and La Romana explore potential collaboration

Doral, Fl.- Doral Mayor Christi Fraga welcomed La Romana Mayor Eduardo Kery Métivier to discuss a future partnership aimed at enhancing mutual development in areas such as tourism, education, investment, and citizen security. The meeting, coordinated by Dr. Vicente Rodríguez, a prominent Dominican-Cuban physician, is a preliminary step toward signing a one-year agreement between the two municipalities.

Mayor Fraga expressed her enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating that the initial engagement would serve as a foundation for a more formal Sister Cities agreement, pending successful outcomes after one year.
