Dominican Republic among top Iberia destinations in 2025
Iberia announced that in 2025, the Dominican Republic, Peru, Chile, and Puerto Rico will see the largest increase in its Latin American flight operations. In the Dominican Republic, the airline will offer two daily flights almost every day by the end of 2025, while Peru has already reached that frequency. Chile will end the year with 12 weekly flights, and Puerto Rico will offer up to 11 flights per week.
These additions build on recent expansions, including three daily flights to Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo, and three daily connections to Mexico City and Bogotá. Other routes include daily flights to Montevideo, Quito, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Costa Rica; five weekly flights to Rio de Janeiro and Caracas; and three weekly flights to Panama City, Havana, and Guayaquil.
Overall, Iberia will set a new record for Latin America–Europe connectivity in 2025.
