ADERES announces Restaurant Week 2025 in Santo Domingo, Santiago, and Punta Cana

Santo Domingo.- The Dominican Restaurant Association (ADERES) and the Dominican Republic Hotel and Tourism Association (ASONAHORES) announced the 8th edition of Restaurant Week 2025, the country’s largest culinary event, with more than 180 restaurants participating nationwide.

The festival will take place in Santiago (Sept. 1–7), Punta Cana (Sept. 8–14), and Santo Domingo (Sept. 15–21), offering two- and three-course menus at fixed prices (RD$1,395 and RD$1,795 + tax). The initiative highlights Dominican gastronomy, boosts tourism, and strengthens the local economy.

Diners will also access a virtual passport with special promotions and voting for standout restaurants through www.restaurantweek.com.do. Last year’s winners included Temporada, Ajualá, Café SBG, Casa Luca, Casa Brava, and Santino, while chef Hideki Tateyama received the Dominican Gastronomy Fork.

American Express continues as a main partner, offering cardholders 20% cashback, with support from the Ministry of Tourism and major sponsors.
