Air Caraïbes to launch direct flights from Paris to Samaná next winter

Air Caraïbes is expanding its network in the Dominican Republic this winter with a new nonstop route from Paris-Orly to Samaná (El Catey International Airport), as well as a direct return flight via Santo Domingo. Already serving Punta Cana and Santo Domingo, the airline becomes the only French carrier offering such extensive coverage across the country.

The new route allows passengers to explore multiple facets of the Dominican Republic, from cultural attractions to pristine beaches and natural landscapes, and offers the unique option of multi-destination stopovers within the country. Hugues Heddebault, Air Caraïbes’ Commercial Director, emphasized that the addition of Samaná strengthens the airline’s 13-year commitment to connecting France and the Caribbean with modern and culturally immersive travel experiences.

For the winter season, the airline will operate up to 12 weekly flights: Paris-Orly to Samaná (2 weekly starting December 15), Paris-Orly to Punta Cana (7 weekly starting December 12), and Paris-Orly to Santo Domingo (3 weekly). Tickets are available through Air Caraïbes’ channels.
