Trump announces U.S. strike on Venezuelan drug vessel

Washington.- President Donald Trump announced that U.S. forces attacked and destroyed a drug vessel from Venezuela in the Caribbean, marking the first such operation since the military deployment to the region. “We fired on a vessel… that was carrying drugs, a lot of drugs. So we took it out,” Trump said at the White House, adding that “a lot of drugs are coming out heavily from Venezuela.”

Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirmed that the attack targeted a vessel operated by a designated narco-terrorist organization sanctioned by the U.S. The Trump administration, which accuses President Nicolás Maduro of leading a drug cartel, deployed warships to the southern Caribbean as part of this anti-drug operation. Despite the action, Trump has not threatened a full-scale invasion of Venezuela.

You think like someone from the third world. The USA stops drug trafficking and you are mad about it. Weird.

President Trump is actually defending the entire region against drug smuggling from Venezuela. These criminals are a threat to every nation in the region. Note that there is no talk or indication of any intention of entering any country. All is being executed in international waters and then only with positive verification of drug traffic.
