Haiti agents continue seizing ‘tainted’ products at border market

Dajabón, Dominican Republic.- Haitian officials at the border with Dominican Republic continue seizing products their national buy at the market held Mondays and Fridays, on claims they’re contaminated.

Haitians complain of payoffs of as much as RD$5,000 to guards on the Haiti side to avert confiscation of their purchases.
