Landmark ruling fuels mistrust of the country’s Electoral Board

Santo Domingo.- In a landmark decision the Constitutional Court on Friday ruled that the government purchasing office (DGCP) has no jurisdiction over the Central Electoral Board’s (JCE) internal actions.
