Air Caraïbes seeks to cover routes left by Air France in the Dominican Republic

The top executives of Air Caraïbes, a French airline, recently met with President Luis Abinader at the National Palace to discuss the possibility of covering the routes that Air France has stopped operating in the Dominican Republic. Minister of Tourism, David Collado, confirmed the meeting on his Instagram account and revealed that an action plan was discussed to cover the France-Dominican Republic routes.

The Ministry of Tourism had previously signed an agreement with Cóndor Airlines at the ITB Berlin to maintain connectivity with the French market, which is one of the traditional issuers of tourists to the Dominican Republic in Europe.

Despite the obstacles that arise, the Ministry of Tourism remains committed to ensuring the growth of tourism in the Dominican Republic.
