Miami.- Armed Forces minister Joaquin Virgilio Perez visited the facilities of the United States Southern Command, invited by its chief, U.S. Air Force general Douglas M. Fraser.
Upon his arrival the Dominican Lieutenant General was received with the corresponding honors, and thanked his hosts for the invitation and said he was pleased with the distinction of being the first foreigner who is received in the new military installation.
