Blinken calls Abinader to discuss Haiti

Antony Blinken.

Santo Domingo – U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken called Dominican President Luis Abinader on Friday to discuss the Haitian crisis.

An official statement from the State Department indicates that the head of U.S. diplomacy discussed with President Abinader the coordinated actions underway regarding the Haitian crisis.

The announcement of the call made to Abinader comes on the same day that the United States announced that it will return Haitians who enter its territory by sea.

Below is the official statement sent by the State Department:

» Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken spoke today with President Luis Abinader of the Dominican Republic. Secretary Blinken and President Abinader discussed ongoing coordinated actions related to the situation in Haiti. The Secretary thanked President Abinader for the support so that American families can return to the United States.”

The gringos don’t any Haitians at all , but they DR to take them???I really don’t understand how a country like United States with so much empty land don’t want Haitians, but they want a small country like DR to take these ungrateful people called Haitians.

You need to stay updated on the news. The US has a special program to admit citizens from Cuba, Haiti, Honduras and Venezuela.
