President Medina appoints Eduardo Selman as consul in New York
Santo Domingo.– President Danilo Medina Friday appointed Eduardo Selman as consul general of the Dominican Republic in New York and immediately swore in his office at the National Palace.
Selman designation is contained in Decree 4-15, issued on Friday 23 January. Also, Roman Jaquez Octavio Hernandez was appointed vice consul in that US city.
Eduardo Selman is a member of the Political Committee of the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD) and has been consul in New York City on two previous occasions.
