The body of a two-year-old boy reported missing has been found in El Seibo.
EL SEIBO.- Yesterday, the lifeless body of two-year-old Isaías Devels was found. He had been reported missing in the Cañada Grande sector of the San Francisco de Vicentillo municipal district, El Seibo province.
According to preliminary information, the infant’s body was found in a pasture near his home.

For almost seven days, Isaías’s relatives have reported his disappearance and have accompanied authorities in the search operations.
Thursday afternoon, General Wandy Madé Montilla, regional director of the National Police, announced his involvement in the search for the infant.
Likewise, Carlos de la Rosa, head of operations for Civil Defense in the aforementioned province, reported that all relief agencies, along with the National Police, had been searching the area where the infant was last seen for a week.
Police officers, firefighters, Civil Defense personnel, and community volunteers participated in the operations.
On the disappearance
Last Saturday, the infant’s mother, identified as Vanessa, said she lives in Punta Cana and was visiting El Seibo to visit a friend’s house, known as “La Mella.” However, she stated that hours later, she lost track of her son.
