Dominican designers ingenious, models beautiful: Top fashionista

Santo Domingo.- Frenchcouturier Jean Paul Gaultier, who’ll close the 10th annualDominicana Moda on Saturday said fashion is "living" and a way oflife that has always existed, but reinvents itself as society evolves.

"Fashion islife, is the representation of the desires, the intellect and the whole allforms of human expression. It is a lifestyle that has always existed, but thatreinvents itself with the changing society," said the prominent fashionista,interviewed on Noche de Luz’ on Channel 7.

Gaultier lauded theDominican fashion designers for their ingenuity and creativity and called theDominican models "beautiful."
