Multi-vehicle accident reported on Duarte Highway

Santo Domingo.- The General Directorate of Traffic Safety and Land Transportation reported a multi-vehicle accident Tuesday morning on the Duarte Highway, in the Santiago–Santo Domingo direction.

Authorities said DIGESETT units were deployed to the scene to manage traffic flow and assist those involved, aiming to restore normal circulation as quickly as possible. So far, no details have been provided on injuries or the causes of the incident.

Drivers traveling through the area are advised to proceed with caution, reduce speed, and follow instructions from traffic officers to prevent further disruptions and ensure road safety.
