Top editor-in-chief’s hemispheric post gets Medina’s kudos

Santo Domingo.-  Diario Libre editor-in-chief Adriano Miguel Tejada’s election to the Inter-American Press Association’s (SIP) Advisory Board drew president Danilo Medina’s kudos on Wed.

“With sincere pleasure, I offer you the warmest congratulations, on behalf of the Dominican Government and on my own,” Medina said to the head of the country’s leading newspaper.

Tejada, whose selection was announced at the SIP’s 73rd annual Assembly in Salt Lake City, Utah, will hold the post during the 2017-2020 period.
