Most fuels fall a 3rd straight week

Santo Domingo.-  For the third straight week, the Industry and Commerce Ministry posted lower prices on most fuels for the week ending Friday, June 30, when premium gasoline will cost RD$207.30 per gallon, or RD$1.50 lower, and regular will cost RD$191.70, or RD$2.00 less per gallon.

Regular diesel will cost RD$136.50; optimum will cost RD$153.60; avtur will cost RD$104.90; kerosene will cost RD$129.00, and fuel oil will cost RD$90.55, all RD$1.00 less per gallon.

Propane gas will cost RD$97.00, or RD$1.00 less per gallon, while natural gas will continue at RD$28.97 per cubic meter.

The Dominican Republic Central Bank’s posted average exchange rate of RD$47.52 per dollar was used to calculate all fuel prices.
