Agents arrest man in SUV with official plate, six packages of cocaine

Santo Domingo. – The National Drugs Control Agency (DNCD) on Wednesday arrested a man in an SUV with an official license plate, carrying six packages of cocaine.

The DNCD said Francis Dominguez Dominguez was caught by one of its teams on Despradel St., in the housing project Maximo Gomez, subdivision of Villa Mella.

The detainee was in a black Acura SUV, tag number OC01189 and also had another plate number Z003735, a 9 mm pistol, seven phones and RD$6,000 in cash.

In a statement, the DNCD said Dominguez, the drug and the vehicle were taken to its headquarters in the capital.
