Medina heads launch of International Constitutional Justice conclave

Santo Domingo.- President Danilo Medina onWednesday attended the opening ceremony of the 3rd International Congress onConstitutional Justice, at the capital´s Sheraton Hotel.

The Congress hosted by the DominicanConstitutional Court is being held with the motto "Binding character of ConstitutionalPrecedent."

The conclave being held until Friday featuresthe participation of 26 national and international constitutional experts whowill address theoretical and practical issues related to constitutional precedentand its binding force.
