M. German. File.

Santo Domingo.-  The family and lawyers of Mercedes Reyes, grandmother of a minor heir to a fortune, on Tues. filed two lawsuits in the Supreme Court against Chief justice Mariano Germán.

One of the lawsuits submitted by the lawyer Carlos de la Rosa requests a disciplinary trial is against Germán, whom they accuse of heading a criminal conpiracy together with his son Pavel Germán and the lawyer Juan Alfredo Ávila to strip the minor of his assets.

The minor is the son of a French millionaire who died and left him an inheritance with funds in France, Saint Maarten and the Dominican Republic.

A group of lawyers manage the assets, while the child and his family live modestly in a villa in Casa de Campo, La Romana, according to the plaintiffs.
