Dominican founding father Juan Pablo Duarte was born 208 years ago today

Santo Domingo.- The Interior and Police Ministry on Tuesday laid  a wreath at the altar of the homeland, to commemorate today the 208th anniversary of the birth of the patrician Juan Pablo Duarte.

The event was led by Vice Minister Jesús Féliz.

The official urged public servants to emulate the Founding Father in the transparent handling of their duties.
