Tropical Depression #7 is already Tropical Storm Grace

Tropical Depression #7 is already Tropical Storm Grace with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph, moving westward at 35 kph.

This was reported today by the director of the National Bureau of Meteorology, Gloria Ceballos through her Twitter account, with the following message:

Tropical Depression #7 is now Tropical Storm Grace with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph, moving westward at 35 kph, some strengthening is forecast.
