Monday is a public holiday! Constitution Day is not changed

Santo Domingo—The Ministry of Labour reiterates to the entire business and labor community of the Dominican Republic that Monday, November 6, Dominican Constitution Day, will not be changed.

This holiday complies with Law 139-97, which establishes the transfer of holidays.

The commemoration of this date, in accordance with Dominican legislation, must be applied in all establishments and companies in the country.
