Ministry of Labor announces job fair for international airline positions

Santo Domingo.- The Ministry of Labor, acting as an intermediary for companies looking to fill job vacancies, invites interested individuals to submit their resumes for positions with an unnamed international airline. The recruitment event will take place from June 10 to June 14, 2024, in Puerto Plata, La Romana, and the National District.

The sessions will run from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the following locations:

• Puerto Plata: Territorial Employment Office (OTE), 12 de Julio Street #64.
• La Romana: Infotep Regional, San Pedro-La Romana highway, Villa Hermosa.
• National District: Ministry of Labor, Territorial Employment Office (OTE), Ave. Enrique Jiménez Moya #5, Centro de los Héroes, La Feria.

Available positions include Customer Service Agent, Cashier, Host, Food Server, Food and Beverage Assistant, Bar Assistant, Food and Beverage Server, Commission Cook, Food and Beverage Team Leader, Junior Sous Chef, Head Chef, Ground Agent II GSE, Senior Delivery Agents, Allocator RMS IV, Sales Assistant, Therapist, Beauty Consultant, and Makeup Artist.

The Ministry of Labor noted that the recruitment process duration varies by company due to the nature of the vacancies. Resumes must be submitted in English.
