Trough will cause moderate rains

A trough will cause weak to moderate rains today and isolated gusts of wind over localities in the provinces of Montecristi, Puerto Plata, Espaillat, María Trinidad Sánchez, Duarte, Sánchez Ramírez, Samaná, Hato Mayor, El Seibo and La Altagracia.

The Dominican Institute of Meteorology (Indomet) reported that rainfall will occur in the morning and decrease in the afternoon.

The agency predicts that temperatures will remain low in the early morning and early morning, especially in mountainous areas and valleys of the country.

In Greater Santo Domingo, cloudy skies will increase accompanied by passing rains until the early hours of the night.

The capital’s temperatures will be between 19 °C and 21 °C at minimum and between 30 °C and 32 °C at maximum.
