Dominican star Andrés Feliz selected for Endesa League’s best quintet

Facu Campazzo (Real Madrid), Andrés Feliz (Joventut Badalona), Markus Howard (Baskonia), Dylan Osetkowski (Unicaja), and Giorgi Shermadini (Lenovo Tenerife) have been named the best quintet of the Endesa League 2023-24. The selection was made by a jury comprising ACB coaches, players, media, and fans.

This marks Campazzo’s third appearance in this prestigious lineup, adding to his two previous appearances in the second best quintet. Throughout the season, he ranked second in recoveries (1.5), free throw percentage (90.7%), and plus/minus ranking (+8.5), while also ranking fourth in assists. Dominican player Andrés Feliz led Joventut for the second consecutive season, finishing as the sixth top scorer with an average of fifteen points per game, seventh highest rated, and eleventh in assists.

Baskonia’s Markus Howard secured his spot for the second consecutive season as the top scorer and leader in triples, with 19.4 points and 3.7 triples per game, respectively. Dylan Osetkowski of Unicaja made his debut in the best quintet, receiving significant support from fans for his remarkable performance. Lastly, Giorgi Shermadini of Lenovo Tenerife, a regular in such selections, closed the best quintet, making his fifth appearance overall. Shermadini ranked third in value during the regular season and featured in several statistical Top 5 categories.

In addition to the best quintet, the ACB announced the second best quintet of the season, featuring Marcelinho Huertas (Lenovo Tenerife), Jean Montero (MoraBanc Andorra), Brancou Badio (BAXI Manresa), Nico Brussino (Dreamland Gran Canaria), and Chima Moneke (Baskonia).
