Thousands of users worldwide reported issues accessing X (formerly Twitter) this Thursday, May 22, as the platform experienced widespread technical disruptions. Reports of the outage began around 9:00 a.m. and continued to rise throughout the day.

Downdetector, a site that monitors real-time outages, confirmed a surge in complaints related to login problems, feed loading errors, and general inaccessibility of the app. Despite the growing number of user reports, the company has not yet issued an official statement addressing the cause of the disruption.
