Citing breach of pact, Dominican Republic recalls ambassador in Haiti

Santo Domingo.- The Dominican Government on Thursday recalled its ambassador in Haiti, and accused Port-au-Prince of violating the Joint Declaration both nations signed to focus on a dialogue just six days ago.
