Senator in RD$250M embezzlement case wont go to jail

Santo Domingo. - Supreme Court justice Alejandro Moscoso ruled against the prosecution’s request to incarcerate senator Amable Aristy, in the arraignment hearing, on charges he embezzled more than RD$250 million during his 14 years as head of the Dominican Municipal League.
