CLAD opens regional office in the Dominican Republic
Santo Domingo.- The Latin American Center for Development Administration (CLAD) has established a regional office in the Dominican Republic, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced. The intergovernmental body focuses on promoting state reform and modernizing public administration across the region.
The agreement was formalized through the signing of CLAD Secretary General Conrado Ramos Larraburu and Dominican Foreign Minister Roberto Álvarez. It aims to advance cooperation and strengthen institutional capacities in the country.
Key actions outlined in the accord include the design and implementation of projects, technical assistance, public official training, research initiatives, and broader collaboration programs to enhance governance and administrative efficiency.
