Constitution Day holiday moved to Monday, November 10
Santo Domingo.- The Ministry of Labor reminded the Dominican business and labor sectors that Thursday, November 6, Constitution Day, will be a regular working day, as the holiday has been officially moved to Monday, November 10.
According to Law 139-97, which regulates the transfer of holidays, employees are expected to return to work on Tuesday, November 11 after the long weekend.
The Ministry emphasized that this adjustment applies to both public and private institutions throughout the country, in compliance with national labor regulations.
